Partner Program FAQ

How long does approval take? ▼
We review all applications within 2 business days. Most applicants receive a response within 24 hours. If approved, you receive portal access, your referral link, and onboarding instructions immediately.
When and how do I get paid? ▼
Commissions are calculated on the 1st of each month for all confirmed revenue from the prior month. Payouts process within 14 business days via bank wire (SWIFT/SEPA), PayPal, or USDC stablecoin. Minimum threshold is $100.
What counts as a referred customer if they come back later? ▼
Any customer who clicks your referral link within the attribution window (30 days for Silver, 90 days for Gold/Platinum) is attributed to you permanently. Deal registration for Gold/Platinum extends this to the full registration period regardless of how the customer converts.
Can I upgrade my tier? ▼
Yes. Partners are reviewed for tier upgrades quarterly. Silver to Gold requires 5+ active referred customers. Gold to Platinum is by invitation or application, reviewed by our partnerships team. You can also request a review anytime through the partner portal.
Is there any cost to join or maintain partner status? ▼
No. The Silver affiliate tier is completely free. Gold and Platinum tiers have no joining fee — eligibility is based on deal volume and commitment, not payment. We do not charge annual partner fees of any kind.
Can I operate in multiple geographies? ▼
Absolutely. There are no geographic restrictions on referral commissions. If you are an MSP serving multiple regions, deal registrations protect you across all your territories simultaneously.
